1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using SkyMove Technologies Limited's services ("SkyMove," "we," "us," or "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. Description of Service
SkyMove Technologies Limited operates a comprehensive digital platform connecting users with essential services and engagement opportunities. Our platform includes:
Payment & Bills Services
- Airtime & Data: Purchase mobile airtime and data bundles for all major Nigerian networks (MTN, Airtel, Glo, 9Mobile)
- Cable TV Subscriptions: Pay for DSTV, GOTV, and Startimes subscriptions
- Electricity Bills: Purchase prepaid and postpaid electricity units for all Nigerian DISCOs
- Utility Payments: Convenient payment solutions for essential services
Marketplace & Commerce
- iMart Digital Marketplace: Buy and sell products with escrow protection ensuring secure transactions
- Real Estate Listings: Browse properties, schedule viewings, and connect with agents (no payment processing - appointments only)
Engagement & Rewards Programs
- Social Tasks Platform: Complete social media engagement tasks (follows, likes, shares) for token rewards
- Performance-Based Earning Program: Participate in our structured engagement system where users can earn based on platform activity and contribution
- Referral System: Earn bonuses by inviting new users to the platform
- Token Rewards: Accumulate tokens through platform usage, redeemable for discounts and benefits
Third-Party Service Integration
To deliver these services reliably and securely, we integrate with trusted third-party providers:
- VTPass: Powers our bills payment services (airtime, data, cable TV, electricity)
- Flutterwave: Handles secure payment processing with PCI-DSS compliance
- Dojah: Provides KYC verification services for regulatory compliance
All third-party integrations are secured with encryption, data protection agreements, and continuous monitoring. We select partners based on their security standards, reliability, and regulatory compliance.
3. User Accounts and Registration
Account Creation
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete information
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
- You are responsible for all activities under your account
KYC Requirements
To comply with regulatory requirements, you must complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before withdrawing funds. This includes providing valid identification documents and proof of address.
4. Financial Services and Transactions
Wallet Services
- Not a Bank Account: Your SkyMove wallet is a digital wallet for platform transactions, NOT a bank account or investment vehicle
- Fund Custody: Funds in your wallet are held in trust for your benefit and can be withdrawn subject to our withdrawal policies
- Security Measures: We reserve the right to freeze accounts suspected of fraudulent activity, pending investigation
- Withdrawal Terms: Minimum withdrawal amounts, processing times (typically 24-48 hours), and KYC verification requirements apply
- Transaction Limits: Daily and monthly transaction limits may apply for security and regulatory compliance
Token Rewards & Discount System
Important Notice: SkyMove operates a token-based rewards and discount system, NOT an investment scheme, savings program, or guaranteed income opportunity.
- How It Works: Users earn tokens through platform activities (service purchases, referrals, social task completion) that can be redeemed for discounts on future service transactions
- Token Value: Tokens have NO monetary value and CANNOT be withdrawn as cash. Tokens are utility credits for service discounts only
- Discount Application: Accumulated tokens can be applied to reduce fees on airtime, data, electricity, cable TV, and marketplace transactions
- No Guaranteed Returns: Token earning rates are variable and depend on platform activity, service usage, and promotional periods
- Program Changes: We reserve the right to modify token earning rates, redemption values, expiration periods, or discontinue the token program entirely at any time with or without notice
- No Financial Advice: SkyMove does not provide investment, financial, or tax advice. Tokens are service discounts, not financial instruments
Referral & Bonus Programs
- Referral Rewards: Earn one-time bonuses by inviting new users who complete registration and verification
- Terms Apply: Referral bonuses are subject to terms, including KYC verification by referred users
- No Multi-Level Marketing: Our referral program is a simple one-tier bonus system, not a multi-level marketing scheme
- Anti-Abuse: Fraudulent referrals or gaming the system will result in bonus forfeiture and account suspension
Service Feature Modifications
CRITICAL NOTICE - NON-NEGOTIABLE:
- Feature Removal Rights: SkyMove reserves the absolute right to modify, suspend, discontinue, or remove ANY feature, service, or program at ANY time, with or without prior notice, at our sole discretion
- No Guaranteed Availability: No feature, service, earning program, token system, or platform functionality is guaranteed to remain available. Features may be removed for regulatory compliance, business strategy, technical limitations, or any other reason
- User Acknowledgment: By using SkyMove, you acknowledge and accept that services may change or be discontinued without compensation, refund, or recourse
- Token Expiration: Unused tokens may expire, be devalued, or become invalid if associated features are discontinued. Token balances may be adjusted or reset without liability
- Continuing Use: Your continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes
5. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
- Fraudulent or illegal activities
- Money laundering or terrorist financing
- Creating multiple accounts to circumvent limits
- Attempting to manipulate the rewards or referral systems
- Using automated systems or bots
- Sharing account credentials with others
- Reverse engineering or attempting to hack our systems
6. Fees and Charges
SkyMove may charge fees for certain services:
- Transaction Fees: May apply to certain payment services
- Withdrawal Fees: May apply to fund withdrawals
- Marketplace Fees: Commission on iMart transactions
- Service Fees: May apply to premium features and services
All applicable fees will be clearly disclosed before you complete any transaction.
7. Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the service, to understand our practices.
8. Intellectual Property
The SkyMove platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by SkyMove Technologies Limited and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Service Availability
We strive to maintain 99.9% service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may suspend service for:
- Scheduled maintenance and system upgrades
- Emergency security patches or urgent fixes
- Third-party service provider downtime
- Force majeure events (natural disasters, network outages, government actions)
We will provide advance notice for scheduled maintenance when possible.
Financial Risks and No Guarantees
IMPORTANT: Users must understand and accept the following risks before using SkyMove services:
- No Investment Returns: SkyMove is NOT an investment platform. The earning program offers performance-based rewards, not investment returns or guaranteed income
- Variable Earnings: Participation in the earning program may result in NO earnings. Success depends on your activity level, platform performance, and market conditions
- Loss Risk: Like any engagement program, there is a risk that you may not recover the time or effort invested. Only participate with funds you can afford to use for platform services
- No Financial Advice: SkyMove does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. All decisions are your own responsibility
- Regulatory Changes: Changes in Nigerian financial regulations may affect platform features or availability
Third-Party Services
We integrate with reputable third-party service providers (VTPass, Flutterwave, Dojah) to deliver our services. While we implement strict security measures and carefully vet our partners:
- Service Interruptions: We are not responsible for third-party service outages, delays, or failures beyond our control
- Data Processing: Third parties process data according to their own privacy policies and security standards, which we regularly audit
- Transaction Processing: Bills payment transactions are processed by VTPass. Delays or failures in provider networks (e.g., electricity DISCOs) are beyond our control
- Payment Processing: Flutterwave processes payments. Banking network delays or payment failures are subject to their terms and processing times
- Security Commitment: Despite third-party integration, we maintain end-to-end encryption, secure data transmission, and regular security audits to protect your information
Marketplace Transactions (iMart)
- Escrow Protection: While we provide escrow services to secure transactions, we are not responsible for product quality, delivery issues, or disputes between buyers and sellers
- Dispute Resolution: We facilitate dispute resolution but make no guarantees about outcomes
- User Responsibility: Buyers and sellers are responsible for accurate product descriptions, honest transactions, and timely delivery
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SkyMove Technologies Limited shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, or use
- Damages exceeding the amount of fees paid to SkyMove in the 12 months preceding the claim
- Third-party service provider failures or security breaches beyond our control
10. Dispute Resolution
Internal Resolution
We encourage users to first contact our customer support team to resolve any disputes or concerns.
Marketplace Disputes
For iMart transactions, we provide a dispute resolution process to help resolve conflicts between buyers and sellers.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria, and any disputes will be resolved in Nigerian courts.
11. Account Termination
Termination by You
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting customer support. You remain liable for all charges incurred before termination.
Termination by Us
We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms or engage in prohibited activities. We will provide notice when possible.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or platform notifications. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

- You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy
- You understand that tokens are for SERVICE DISCOUNTS ONLY and have NO cash value or withdrawal rights
- You acknowledge SkyMove's absolute right to modify, suspend, or discontinue ANY feature, service, or program at ANY time without notice or compensation
- You accept that no feature availability is guaranteed and services may change for regulatory, business, or technical reasons
- You understand token balances may expire, be devalued, or reset if features are discontinued
- You are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement
- You understand that we use third-party service providers and have reviewed our security commitments
- You accept that SkyMove is a service platform, NOT an investment or passive income scheme
